In this session, we’ll walk though the overarching project lifecycle, reviewing what to expect in each phase.
We’ll spend time focused on areas of concern that you have, and in areas that we know are key in delivering successful projects – Planning & Strategy, Development Best Practices, and Quality Assurance.

These sessions usually take 1-2 hours depending on what your business needs, and how many team members join us.

Our advisors work with you to assess your technology needs and make recommendations before you engage development companies. Most developers have a limited tool set, and will make recommendations based on that set so they can work with you. We put your needs first.

Together we’ll review your market research, competition, and business goals to make project and technical recommendations.
